L: A mildly cloudy golden color. Retention was great ; the head lasted throughout the drinking experience.

S: A complex mixture of floral smelling hops, brett funk, and pineapple.

T: A lot going on here. Initially I got a lot of floral/old-world style hops. Then the brett funk emerged, bringing to the palate: straw, horse blanket, and a bit of a urinal-like taste. Malt is still present, and the beer is a bit sweet. A good blend of hops and brett. A fair bit phenolic - clove-like but not smoky or band-aidy. Not out right sour but complexly funky.

F: Creamy despite its dryness. Drinks real easy.

O: A great drinking experience. It gave me some inspiration for my future brews.

Poured a hazy bright and opaque yellow with two fingers of bright white head. Nose is funky Brett, lemon, grass and pepper. Palate follows suit: funky Brett, lemon, peppery spice and a grassy flavor. Nicely tart. Mouth feel is medium with a nice dryness.

*Be careful when you open it, it literally exploded when I opened mine and it was sitting in my fridge since a day or two...
Cloudy yellow-golden with a massive head. Nice saison smell with some wild yeasts. Not much hoppyness is detectable in the smell. In the mouth there's so much flavours! You get some spiciness from the rye, good bitterness from the hops with a really funky taste too from the wild yeasts. Really interesting product!

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy bright blonde color ale with a generous white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some spicy rye malt notes and dry hops is actually very pleasant. Taste is a nice mix between some spicy rye malt notes with dry floral hoppy notes with some funky ester and light white wine notes. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Extremely refreshing with right level of Brett notes and subtle vinous notes.
