Really farmhouse taste, although only brett aroma. Cloudy yellow. WIth six months down, hops are only in the finish. Decent drinkability. A petite gushing.

Lurkaholic hooked me up with this not long ago. Cheers, man!!

Pours a clear gold, about a finger of frothy white head. Nice nose of grassy, leafy hops and ripe orchard fruits with a little dry and spicy saison and wild yeast. Taste is similar with more fruit up front (add some peach as well), grassy hops and dry bretty wild yeast finish. Medium body, carbonation is pretty strong but appropriate. Very nice. Thanks again, Tom!

A four finger tall fluffy snow white head quickly establishes itself after a steady pour. Its retention is exceptional with a strong effervescent level of carbonation keeping it afloat. The body is a cloudy peachy gold.

Saliva inducing, lip puckering Brett derived tartness comes in stern and crisp. Tannic green grape skins and tart zippy lemon peel come through most. There's an old growth character to it that I can't put my finger on. This could be the "barnyard" some people get with Brett. A touch phenollic with a dusty dryness. Besides a raw grassiness and splash of apricot, I don't get much hop character. Quite enticing nonetheless.

The nose is mirrored in the taste. Tannic, tart, and lightly astringent Brett goodness covers every inch of the palate. Beneath its funkiness lies soft, ripe apricot. Biscuit is thrown into the finish with a chalky dryness. An earthy, raw, grassy bitterness serves as a faint outline throughout.

Its crisp, zingy level of carbonation compliments its tart, clean cut feel. Medium bodied with a dash of creaminess. It's pleasantly dry and bitter.

Please, give me a charcuterie board. The first smell and sip made me think of how great this would be with funky, rich cheeses and salty meat. For me, this came across as an ode to Brett. It's Saison style and level of dry hoping are secondary. I really enjoyed it for that.
