Foamed out the bottle a bit, pours a nice head. Thin retention, but leaves a nice lace.
Hops are subtle, but that may be due to the age. Brett is on par with the saison yeast. More malt than Orval, with a drying finish.

*Almost one year old, was curious how well it would age as I've already tasted it before but it may have been the batch #3 that I've tasted. Anyway.*
HUGE white foamy head with lots of carbonation visible. Pretty standard golden color.
Nice funky smell, some hops are noticeable too, but the nose is mostly yeasts.
Really nice taste, lots of funky flavors a medium bitterness and a tart flavor.
Really nice mouth feel, lots of carbonation that "attacks" the gum.
Really nice beer, especially for being almost 1 year old.
