A-Clear golden yellow with a ring of foam quickly dissipates
S-Aroma is on the farmhouse/belgian side of things with musty and banana notes
M-Mouthfeel is prickly with low to medium body. Carbonation is high and spicy
T-subsle sweetness that is overshadowed by this acidic, musky, tang. Mosaic hops are nowhere to be found
O-this beer is quite a disappontment. I was intregued by the mosaic hop advertisement...but this seems like something they brewed in their sour tanks just to see what happens...well, sorry it didnt work.

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet malt notes with light honey with some dry citrusy hops notes also noticeable. Taste is a mix between some sweet honey laced malt notes with a dry hoppy floral undertones of citrusy flavours. Body is about average with good carbonation. Sweeter then I was expecting with medium hoppy notes.

A:
Pours a light honey color with of a half-inch of off-white head. Little retention; little lacing. (3.5)

S:
Dirty dishwater, light toast, rosemary, rag. (3)

T:
Similar to the smell. Not much. Papery, herbal bite with a little malt sweetness. (2.75)

M:
Medium-light body with fizzy carbonation and a dry semi-astringent finish. (2.75)

O:
Meh.
It is pretty unremarkable in just about every way. I wonder if it might be a little oxidized but regardless it really isn't too flavorful or interesting in any way. (3)
