Had this beer at the local Rana Dorada pub. It was served in a pint glass.
It pours a very dark brow colour with a 2 finger head with a medium retention.
The smell was nice, you could easily smell the nice toasted malts. I gave it a sip, felt a light medium body, went nice with the beer since this one is on the light side compared with other porters I had. Flavor was similar to the smell, soft toastines and smoothNess. What really make this beer different from other porters was an unexpected spicy after taste that u enjoyed.
Overall a nice balanced porter but painfully standard with the exeption of the after spiciness.

Truly a stellar beer. With coffee on the nose and a tan head, this London Porter is brown in color with bright ruby highlights. Tastes of coffee and chocolate are accompanied by just the slightest astringency of roasted barley that contributes complexity to the brew.
