The coolest of the cool gets to shine on its own. Juicy and filled with tons of citrusy danky Mosaic goodness. Enjoy this one while it lasts ’cause it’s going to go fast.

This one served in a Dryhop pint right at the bar.
I guess I prefer the TG Mosaic beer a bit better, but it is always fun to stop at a brewpub and sample from the source, not too bad, nice bitterness, juicy grapefruits.

A - Very light and clear orangish-gold color. Small, bubbly, foamy, white head. Fades somewhat fast leaving only a trace of lacing.
S - Great Mosaic aroma. Mango is pretty strong. Fair amount of tangerine and orange as well. Hints of tropical fruit and pineapple. A slightly dank aroma in the background. Fruity and slightly sweet.
T - Similar to the nose. Pretty strong hoppy flavors that provide a nice tropical fruit flavor. Nice mango/guava flavor. Hints of tangerine as well. Maybe some passionfruit. A slightly cracker/bready malt flavor. Finishes with a bit of a green tea/jasmine bitterness. Nice fruity flavor without being sweet and then a slightly bitter finish.
M - Light body with moderate to low carbonation. A touch thin but refreshing. Finishes with a slightly dry feel.
D - Great balance and combination of flavors. Really fruity without being sweet. Displays the Mosaic hops wonderfully.
Notes: I really enjoyed how the hops were displayed in this beer. Great mango/guava and passionfruit mix along with tangerine flavors. Not too sweet and with a nice subtle bitter flavor. It might not stand out as an amazing beer, but it is very solid and displays the Mosaic hops well. Easy drinking beer that is quite enjoyable.
