No Ewoks were harmed in the brewing of this beer. Featuring the same malt bill as Hope and Jedi, but featuring different aroma & flavor hops. This time around we have hall of famers Citra and Centennial making an appearance.

Part 2 of a 3 part series, dry hopped with Citra and Centennial this time. Word is they will brew a double version with all 6 hop varieties for the "conclusion".

On tap at the brewpub, quick review from written notes.
Jedi is a very drinkable hoppy APA, in the vein of Half Acre's creations.

Bright and clear golden orange color, a halo of drippy lacing crowns the glass.

Smells and tastes of oranges, along with a pungent hoppy stickiness to the aroma.
Resiny bitter aftertaste, fruity notes of orange and passionfruit at the forefront.
Light bodied and smooth with a pleasant hoppy bitterness.

Really drinkable and tasty.
