Collaboration with Aleman Brewing Company
This collaboration with Aleman is one of our most complex brews to date. Featuring blended yeast, strawberry, EKG hops, green & pink peppercorns, it challenges the palate like any good Belgian beer. It feels good and I’m gonna go wild.

On tap at the brewery, quick review from written notes.
Very dark brown, opaque in the middle with brownish edges where the light passes through.
Spare random bits of lace here and there. Surface coverage lasts for a couple minutes.
Aroma is nice, caramelized sugars, maple, light clove, dried plum.
Light roasty malt flavors, mild bitterness and dried fruit notes. Medium bodied, but seems to thin out as the carb slowly ebbs away. An overt alcohol note gets in the way of the more subtle flavors. Overall it was nice to try, but I wouldn't order it again. The aroma was nice, but the boozy taste was a bit of a letdown.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
