Following up our Goose Island sour collaboration, we go it alone with a traditional Berliner Weisse. Lemony, peachy, and TART describe this beer perfectly.

A - Very hazy straw gold color. Medium sized, bright white, creamy head. Decent retention.
S - Very tart aroma. Lemon and lactic aroma jumps out. A nice sweet peach note is underneath that and provides a good balance along with the wheat smell. Get a bit more fruitiness the more I smell it, but still a heavy tart/sour aroma.
T - Like the nose, this starts out very tart and fairly sour. Lemon, both juice and rind, is strong. Lactic acid also fairly present. Mid sip there is a nice balance with wheat providing a strong flavor and a mild sweetness. There is a nice peach/nectarine flavor in the back that fades out at the end of the sip.
M - Light body, quite carbonated. Slightly puckering. Very bubbly.
D - Puckering and refreshing. Very interesting and enjoyable flavor combos.
Notes: Very good berliner weiss. I think I might prefer Lil' Sister just slightly over this, but it is a great follow up. Just the right level of sweetness and fruitiness to balance the beer out. DryHop seems to have this style down pat. Great summer beer.
