DHB says goodbye and good luck to our friend Dustin who’s leaving for brewing adventures in Norway. This brew incorporates juniper and smoked malt to produce the perfect beer for Norwegian nights, skål.

32 oz. Can from tap
L- Dark brown with a tan head. To quote the bartender, "You cannot pour this without massive head"
S- Dark fruit, raisins, prunes, yeast. A bit of smoke behind it all
T- Dried fruit and yeast really come through. No taste of smoke.
F- Pretty thin. Doesn't really coat your mouth.
O- Technically this is a "Smoked Belgian Dark Ale," but thats only 75% correct. If you didn't tell me it was smoked, I would not have guessed. Still, a very pleasant beer for cold weather. Stands up on its own or with dessert. Another very tasty dark beer from Dryhop.
