Staying true to our ways of being adventurous with brews, we got a little weird with this one. Peanut Butter provides an earthy, salty, umami quality. Ginger follows, bringing on a refreshing zesty, lemony sensation that lingers. We used lactose sugar for a creamy full body, further enhanced by using nitro to pour.
