Pours a cloudy pastel gold into a tulip glass. Thin layer of frothy foam, spotty lacing around the edges.
Aroma is minerally and lemony, not getting much kiwi this time, but could've sworn it was there last time. Soft and pleasant nonetheless, more sour than the usual Berliner it seems.
Taste is all puckering lemon and wheat. Minerally and clean, big lactobacillus snap to it. Crisp and sour, very quenching. Overall nice stuff, made a fine blend with a cantaloupe cocktail.
