Poured from a growler into a pint glass. Just walked back from Dry Hop, so likely very fresh.
A – Somewhere between Gold and Copper. Very clear, little to no haze in the glass. Head very light, seemed to dissipate after very little time.
S – Hops, huge fresh hop smell. Citrus on the nose, grapefruit in particular. Very grassy and fresh, smells like a fresh handful of hops. Almost a little funk, very light on the resin/pine however.
T – Very strong hops flavor. The malt is very clean and simple, it doesn’t attempt to overly mask or balance the hop flavor or bitterness. Biscuit and light toast, very subtle and nuanced. Some gentle spice as well.
M – Very light mouth feel, beer doesn’t linger on the tongue. Slightly silky/creamy taste, perhaps a little watery on the vicious scale.
O - Very fun to have a pale ale with so much fresh hops flavor. I get the sense that they wanted to showcase the amazing Mosiac hop and wanted everything else to get out of the way, malt included. Pleasant and fresh, although I find myself looking for more a little more sweetness/Carmel to balance the bitterness. Looking forward to finishing this growler with friends!

Funcrusher was a solid APA. It poured a copper clear with white head that did not leave any lace. The scent and taste were bolstered by the mosaic hops used. Good hints of spice and potpourri. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was easy to drink and great for longer sessions.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
