A crowler into a tulip snifter. Purchased 5/20/17, had 5/28/17.
Pours orange, a bit cloudy, with a half inch head and some soapy lacing. Smells of maple, yeast, smoke, light vanilla and malt, some spices. The taste is maple, malt, smoke, vanilla, some yeast. Smooth, creamy, a good body, well carbonated.
Really unique, the maple and smoke play very well together. Great aroma. Fun to drink and enjoyable.

Pours a cloudy gold color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of strong maple syrup, sweet malt, and coriander. Fits the style of an American Stout. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with a low carbonation level; cloyingly sweet though. Tastes of smoke, strong maple syrup, slight coriander, sweet malt, hint of roasted malt, and a hint of hops. Overall, good appearance, but too sweet and the body is completely dominated by the maple syrup.
