We combined some our juiciest hops to make this tropical treat. A blend of Citra, Galaxy, Hallertau Blanc, and Mosaic provide notes of pineapple, mango and passionfruit, along with citrus and grapefruit. This IPA will take you on a tropic adventure.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a crowler on January 7, 2018. Look is orange gold with a thin head and lingering lacing. Smell and taste is citrus and tropical fruit. Feel is light to medium in body.

32oz crowler, filled on 12.30.17, enjoyed on 12.30.17, poured into a DryHop Brewers pint glass.
The beer pours a very hazy and turbid golden amber color, copper and orange hues, very murky with a thin white head, little retention but spots of lace cling to the glass. The aroma is very nice, tons of citrus juice, fresh pineapple, tangy and bright with some mango and passionfruit, lightly floral, moderate earthy citrus peel, light piney and grassy hops, sweet yeast and pale grain. The flavors are very good, tons of juicy hops, lots of citrus juice, fresh tropical fruit, lots of tangy pineapple with some more assertive piney and grassy bitterness, much more floral and bright with sweeter yeast and pale grain, light mineral water that lingers with the citrus fruit. The mouthfeel is good, heavy medium body, thick and chewy that is quite coating and finishes with a dry bitter bite.
Verdict: A very good hazy IPA from DryHop Brewers. Tons of bright citrus, delicate tropical fruits and a nice floral yet dank grassy earthiness that makes for a great glass of hop punch. Definitely a worthy entry into the NEIPA craze and as good as anything coming from out east.
