Collaboration with Saint Errant Brewing
This hazy, double dry-hopped DIPA was brewed in collaboration with our friends and brothers in haze from Saint Errant Brewing. Galaxy, Mosaic, and Enigma hops blend together to make a super juicy and aromatic DIPA. Notes of peach, passion fruit, and citrus end with a soft, full finish.

32oz crowler, filled on 05.20.18, poured into a 14oz snifter glass.
The beer pours a hazy and bright orange color, apricot and honey hues, thick and turbid with a foamy white head, about a finger tall that has moderate retention and yields nice swatches of lacing. The aroma is fantastic, beautiful pitted stone fruits, peaches, apricots, mangos, citrus with a lovely floral bouquet, dank grassiness and pine with sweet yeast and cereal grains. The flavors are excellent, super juicy fruit, tons of peach and apricot, mango and tropical pineapple with some orange and grapefruit, a bit of white grape with an excellent counterbalance of resinous pine, dank grassiness and a bright floral bouquet that has a softly sweet grain and yeast profile underneath. The mouthfeel is very good, coating and creamy, lively but gentle medium body with a dry but easy finish.
Verdict: A total banger of a NEIPA. Hazy, murky, turbid but juicy and bright, intoxicatingly tropical and fresh, just a delicious, delicious IPA.
