Tasted in a snifter from draft at DryHop Brewers on October 19, 2018. A traditional German style hefeweizen that uses only malted barley. This beer has lots of sweet malt and coffee flavor that blends nicely with clove and hints of banana esters from the yeast. Low bitterness.
