Pours a hazy orange with no head or lacing present. Nose has a large amount of bready wheat paired with heavy Belgian yeast and orange. A hint of cherries joins the party at the finish. Taste is spicy and yeasty with notes of cloves and coriander followed by a mild maraschino cherry quality. Flavor is clean and refreshing, just a little light on the cherry. Mouthfeel is light with moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent fruity wheat beer, just not getting the "Bombe" of Cerise that was promised in the title.

2L growler for $6. Served in a pint glass while watching "The Miami Connection".
A - White foam settles to a thin cap, collar, and some splotches of lace. Hazy apricot-colored body.
S - Belgian yeast that is slightly peppery and phenolic, with some fruity banana esters for good measure. Fairly restrained yeast character, with stone fruit malts and perhaps some faint cherry skins; not much tart or sweet cherry flesh.
T - The taste has a bit more fruit character, with undercurrents of bread, wheat, and peppery yeast. Less sweet than the aroma, with a hint of herbal noble hops and lingering bitterness.
M - Soft carbonation, somewhat tannic texture, medium-bodied, with a crisp and dry finish. Fairly low lingering stickiness.
D - It's a Belgian pale with very light cherry; might even go unnoticed if it weren't in the name. I managed to kill the growler with a few friends, but it's not a beer I'd order often. Next time I hope they amp up the cherries.

"Belgian Wheat Ale brewed with 84 lbs. of tart cherries."
1L growler courtesy of Undertaker, thanks buddy!
Quick review from written notes.
Poured into a mini mug, the beer pours an opaque orange tone with spotty lacing around the edges of the glass.
Estery banana, Belgian yeast in the aroma dominates, though reminiscent of a Hefeweizen. Creamy smooth and supple body, wheaty and yeasty taste. Again the banana surfaces, and maybe the vaguest hint of cherry in the background, but it's very hard to recognize. It's smooth and drinkable, though the cherries get lost in the mix.
"Cherry Bomb" isn't really an apt name for this one, considering there's barely any recognizable cherry in it at all.
