A: Pours a clear pale to medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and faint bright yellow + amber colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of juicy floral + stone fruit/peach + stone fruit/apricot hops over the top of light aromas of pale malts with minimal amounts of sweetness and a hint of spicy saison yeast.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of pale malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. That is followed by very light flavors of spicy saison yeast. Finally there are moderate flavors of juicy floral + stone fruit/peach + stone fruit/apricot hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers for a moderate amount of time.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Hints of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with a lighter body and nice juicy hop flavors. Enjoyable but nothing to write home about.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down a bit but never completely faded away.
S: Light aromas of Belgian yeast are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of yeast with slight hints of lemons and spices.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. The yeast also contributes dryness to the mouthfeel.
O: This saison is a good representation of the style. I liked the spicy yeast flavors and the dryness in the finish.

Too malty to be a saison, not hoppy enough to be a hopped saison. Not terrible, but won't be having it again. Not recommended. Kind of expected from them
