We only make one standard Lager so we wanted it to be awesome! We use American Pilsner as the base malt and we use enough of it so the complex flavor doesn't get lost. We compliment that full flavored Lager by using premium Summit and Fuggles hops in proportions suitable to keep it clean and fresh. This is a Lager the way they were meant to be done.

On-tap at Brass Cannon, Williamsburg, VA
A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Very faint aromas of biscuit malts are present in the nose along with hints of fruity yeast.
T: The taste has moderately strong flavors of pilsener malts with hints of fruity yeast. There is a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is quite malty for the style but is still rather drinkable.
