In honor of our 300th batch, we brewed up another Belgian style ale....this time we went with a Belgian IPA. Delightful spiciness from the yeast balances wonderful citrus flavors from American Hops making this beer wonderfully drinkable but packed full of Belgian hoppy goodness.

For fans of beer with coriander and orange peel taste looking for an IPA without the lasting taste of bitterness and hops. On first taste it's sweet with a slight hint of hops unique to an IPA. It has a golden glow when poured and a scent that is tangible with tangerine and pine.
A unique beer that I recommend for those interested in IPAs but who have been unsuccessful in finding one satisfying.
