Bottle. Pale straw. Slight haze. Very frothy.
Mildly sour. Aroma of silage and yeast. Not a huge amount there.
Spice is noticeable upon tasting. Pepper and a bit of ginger. Otherwise reflects the smell.
A rather harsh feel.
