The label on this beer specifically says "du port" and not "de creek". Not sure if this is an alternate name or what.
This beer is quite good. The subtleties really work wonderfully. Mild citrus. Very mild soapy tone. What I really find most interesting is the faint lactic edge to this. Is there wild yeast in here? Regardless. This saison is very interesting. And very much worth trying. When I see saisons out of small breweries or brewpubs, my expectation is low. This exceeded them. Quite good. I can comfortably highly suggest this beer. Another positive point for Timber Creek.
