Imperial pint served on nitro at the brewery.
A ton of spindly, drippy lacing all around the glass, creamy velvet foam, long lasting surface coverage. Bright clarity, saturated gold.
Nondescript aroma, husky grains and yeast.
Taste is bready with multigrain crusty bread elements and and easygoing yeast presence. The nitro gives it a light supple feel to replicate a cask ale. Not bad, it's refreshing on a warm day and paired well with pork kimchi dumplings.
