The Man Who Fell To Earth playing on the TV, RIP David Bowie.
Frothy surface foam, a crown of lacing coats the sides of the glass. Pale gold color, bright clarity.
Aroma is crisp and grassy, vague pale malt. Clean and simple.
Taste is smooth and clean, light noble hop herbal grassiness, pleasant crackery malt presence.
Light feel, very quenching. Simple with no flaws, not reinventing the wheel here, just an easy drinking session beer that pairs well with food. Thanks to Thomas & Jenny for this one!
