Radler with Rev Pils and housemade meyer lemon ginger soda.
Pale pastel yellow, opaque with a frothy lasting head. Tart lemon aroma, ginger is present too.
Tart lemony smack up front, with a crackery pils malt middle and lingering earthy ginger slickness.
It almost never leaves, the ginger just takes up residence and stays there the entire time.
Refreshing and not sweet, it's a nice combo, but i'm not a big ginger fan so it's a one and done.
