Tasted in a pint glass from draft at Consume on June 6, 2017. A German-style Roggenbier that uses a German Lager yeast to allow some of the spicy, almost clove-like, notes from the rye to come through. It leans towards the malt character, while being unfiltered and intentionally hazy.
