I got a couple cans of this beer from a mixed 12pck from my local meijer store. The cans opened slightly overprimed. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had bitter hop notes with subtle overprimed highlights. The taste was bitter leaning but easy to drink. There was bright tart/bitter berry and citrus presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Centennial-Hero from Revolution. Purchased on 18/3/21 at Meijers, Wyoming, MI, for $ 21.33 for a mixed 12-pack of 12 oz cans ($ 0.148/oz). In reefer at store. Stored at home at 42 degrees. Reviewed 24/3/21. Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
Stamped on bottom of can “FILLED 01-21-2021”. Served at 42 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. Final temperature 49.8 degrees.
Appearance – 4.
First pour – Straw (SRM 3), clear.
Body – Pale Gold (SRM 4), clear. When rear-lite, same but slight effervescence evident.
Head – Large (Maximum five cm, aggressive center pour), floral white, high density with scattered rocks, average retention, diminishing to a 20 to 25 mm torn curtain crown and a complete cap varying from thin to thick.
Lacing – Good. A narrow band of tiny bubbles is above a very wide band of tiny to small bubbles.
Aroma – 4.25 – Very fresh-smelling, like hop flowers with a bit of citrusy grapefruit and some mild conifer. No malt, no yeast.
Flavor – 4.5 – Lightly bitter and a bit coniferous, very fresh-tasting! No malt, no yeast. No alcohol (7 % ABV, as marked on container) taste or aroma. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl.
Palate – 4 – Medium, watery, soft but lively carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 4.25. Delicious and extremely poundable!

Poured from a 12oz can with a canned on date of 8/27/18; into a pub glass.
Appearance- an oily gold with clean bubble streams; a thin soapy white head that leaves wonderful lacing.
Smell- very floral, freshly mowed grass and hints of peach and pineapple!
Taste- reverse of the nose, with peach and pineapple up front with a touch of floral and grass!
Feel- mild sweetness followed by just the right amount of bitterness; a little alcohol lingers.
Overall- a very good IPA that has an interesting nose to flavor profile!

Drank this one straight from the can on a September Michigan evening in the woods. Decent aromas of biscuit malt and piney /citrus hops coming fromm the mouth of the can. Flavors are well baalnceo, with grapefruit pith, pine, and grassy hop notes riding a solid backbone of malt. The only catch is with every sip I was reminded of Two Hearted and how much I already love that one.

Clear medium amber, lasting foamy head.
Bright sweet,floral aroma.
Balanced malty sweetness with prominent hops, but bitterness doesn't linger. Dry finish.
Smooth feel, low carb.
