Reminds me a bit of Sculpin IPA .... Definitely have the orange and or mango going on here.... Pretty tasty, and hard to believe they pack all that ABV into this pretty light and refreshing beer

I got a couple of can of this beer out of a mixed 12pck that I bought at my local meijer store. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had subtle dank tropical fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with stone, apricot and kiwi flourish. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Had this from a can.
A: pours a hazy, orange amber body with a thick, white head with excellent retention and lacing.
S: sweet, earthy citrus notes with citrus rind notes; hints of sweet alcohol.
T: slightly juicy, citrus rind hop taste with a dry, subtly white grape finish. Tangerine peel in the back of the throat as well. Warming alcohol
In the finish.
M: medium bodied, but pretty crisp and refreshing.
O: pretty solid beer overall. Pretty well balanced; seemed like a refreshing summer beer, even given the relatively high ABC.

Nelson-Hero from Revolution. Purchased on 18/3/21 at Meijers, Wyoming, MI, for $ 21.33 for a mixed 12-pack of 12 oz cans ($ 0.148/oz). In reefer at store. Stored at home at 42 degrees. Reviewed 25/3/21. Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
Stamped on bottom of can “FILLED 01-21-2021”. Served at 44.4 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. Final temperature 51.4 degrees.
Appearance – 4.
First pour – Straw (SRM 3), clear.
Body – Gold (SRM 5), murky. When rear-lite, same.
Head – Large (Maximum five cm, aggressive center pour), floral white, high density with scattered rocks, average retention, diminishing to a two to five mm crown and a thin complete cap. Many small islands of lacing remain on the glass above the crown.
Lacing – Fair. Short band of tiny to small bubbles connected to the crown by columns of varying width. See also above.
Aroma – 4.25 – Very fresh-smelling, like fresh non-concord grapes. No malt, no yeast.
Flavor – 4.5 – Lightly bitter and a bit white grapey, very fresh-tasting! No malt, no yeast. No alcohol (7.4 % ABV, as marked on container) taste or aroma. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl.
Palate – 4 – Medium, watery, soft but lively carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 4.25 Very nice – mild flavor and aroma definitely highlight the Nelson Sauvin hops, although I would call this more of a NEIPA rather than just an American IPA.
