(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer pours a clear slightly dense amber body with a creamy light tan head that sticks to the glass after each sip leaving register marks. There is a gentle carbonation of microbubbles gliding to the surface.
S- The light but rich toasted dry malt has a fresh pale malt aroma to it with a soft tart yet earthy hop punch in the finish. T- The soft light pale malt flavor has some biscuit malt and nutty notes to it with a dry crisp finish. The bright but not bittern hops have a green cinnamon spice quality and a faint earthy mint depth that lingers just a bit. The hops are just a bit stronger than the malt flavors but they work well together.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a slight spicy fizz in the finish.
D- This beer is a great, fresh full flavored session beer with a nice forward hop flavor and some dry depth to the malt.
