This “Barleywine” component of our Deconstructed Stout. Rested for a year, split between Wild Turkey and Russell’s Reserve bourbon barrels.

Had at the taproom for the Deep Wood release of 1/26/24. Sweet as advertised. Great barrel flavor.

I had this on draftt 1/26/24 @ Revolution's Taproom.
Mostly opaque orange/brown appearance.
Small white head; minimal lacing remained.
Cream soda, wood & raspberry notes in the nose.
Creamy medium thick mouthfeel.
Cream soda, oak, cream & faint raspberry flavors.
An interesting pale barleywine; I liked it more than I thought I would!
