Finished on chardonnay lees from a pair of wineries in Paso Robles, CA (Herman Story and Ultima Tulie), this uber-limited pilot batch of saison flaunts supple fruit, acid, and oak profiles typical of funkier mixed fermentation examples often taking months or years to mature.

I had this on draft @ Revolution's Taproom on 5/16/25.
Opaque dark orange appearance.
Almost no off-white head; almost no lacing remained.
Banana, orange juice & mild lemon notes in the nose.
Medium thick mouthfeel.
Banana & orange juice flavors up front; mild tart lemon notes on the finish.
This is what most "hazy IPAs" wish they tasted like; big time fruit vibes here. Nice summertime beer with some heft. I'd have another!
