Cold Time is a clean, flavorful Premium Lager brewed for the moment we can reward ourselves with an ice-cold beer. Made with pure water from the Great Lakes, Midwest two-row barley, Mexican lager yeast, and a touch of German hops before it's brewed low & slow, then mellowed in our tanks for four weeks.
This special unfiltered version was produced just for the Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Festival 2026.

Revolution Taproom (Chicago, Illinois) - 5/21/26 Revolution Taproom Brewery notes: Keller Cold Time, Unfiltered Premium Lager. 4.8% ABV, $7.76 with tax 16 oz Luke side handle draft pour.
Appearance: Golden unfiltered base, generous creamy white head lingers a while, looks beautiful. Light carbonation. 4.5
Aroma: Biscuit barley aroma, medium plus strength. Digging. 4.0
Taste: Consistent with the aroma, biscuit and Mexican lager yeast lead, barley backs. Light and mellow. 3.75
Mouthfeel: Gentle carbonation, light easy and mellow. Body pillowy light, as is the strength. Biscuit finish. 3,75
Overall: This is a lighter version of Cold Tome for my tastes, even though everything is the same I believe beyond the filtering. I like the fuller experience with Cold Time, but this would be perfect outdoors on a sunny Summer Day. Glad I tried today. 4.0
