L: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had a pale yellow color and a hazy consistency. There was a thin, foamy head that quickly dissipated. Fair lacing.
S: A sharp, if a little pungent (hits you the second you open it), aroma of citrus fruit, salt, wheat, and a bready quality.
T: Tasted of a bit of the malty / wheat element (mostly in the finish), a tinge of salt, a ton of lime (gives it quite the kick), some lemon notes, and a little lactose. This is one of the most aggressively tart / sour beers I've ever tried. It's one of those oddly likable flavors once you get used to it. Fruity and tasty.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a vibrant finish. Light-bodied.
O: This is an uneven beer in some ways, but it certainly holds your interest. Worth a try.

A: Pours an extremely pale straw yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and faint pale yellow colored highlights. The beer has a finger tall fizzy sudsy bright white head that quickly reduces to a small patch of very thin film and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of sweet key limes with light aromas of graham cracker + slightly sour wheat malts and hints of tart lacto lemon citrus. Hints of vanilla.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of slightly sour wheat malts + graham crackers with minimal amounts of bitterness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of aggressive key lime tartness and moderate flavors of key lime + tart lacto lemon citrus. Hints of vanilla towards the finish with a lingering tartness.
M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of acidic prickliness.
O: As this beer is quite sour, it is not the easiest to drink but is still enjoyable. The aroma is spot on for quite lime pie but does not even hint at the aggressive tartness.

A: The beer is hazy light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving patches of bubbles covering most of the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of key limes are present in the nose along with hints of yogurt.
T: The taste is very sour and has moderate flavors of key limes along with notes of yogurt.
M: It feels light-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very sour and has interesting flavors the resemble key lime yogurt, but the balance seems to be off.
