A - Dark brown pour with dense, creamy caramel colored lacing.
S - Very aromatic with chocolate roast, chocolate char, and light strawberry vanilla.
T - Taste follows the nose with roasted cocoa, chocolate roast up front and strawberry cream surfacing on the backside for the finish. Starts with some bitterness but ends on the sweeter side because of the strawberry cream.
M - Big body with a silky texture and finishes wet with a little bit of dryness on the tip of the tongue.
O - This is a really nice Imperial Stout and I'm wishing I picked up more than one can. Live and learn. :o(
