Drank at Oak Park Micro Brew Review 2022. Recently released with only 19 ratings on UnTappd, #4 joins a line of gose different flavored. #4 is very tart, but consistent with its style. Refreshing.
Over 10 years old and 291 brews listed on UnTappd, Pig Minds is accomplished. They also have a thoughtful kitchen that claims to be mostly vegan. And Pig Minds brings to suburban Rockford something it needs, which is brewing culture. So all said, I give them pretty good Overall Hugs.
