16 oz can dated 12/18/18 poured into a pint glass. A hazy reddish-orange color with a thick tan head. The foam hung around for a while before slowly settling. A spicy aroma with clove, floral notes, faint banana, and bubblegum. The taste held up to the nose, with spicy and bready rye, stone fruit, and a floral bitterness. Medium bodied, medium carbonated, and with a fairly dry finish. Not as dry as others, but this is a bigger, maltier beer. Not as estery as I like in a Saison, but an interesting well-made beer.
