Clear golden, almost apple juice colored brew with small head, but decent lacing. Lots of candied/caramel malt flavor. Sticky sweet. Some bitterness, but not enough. Not a fan.

Simcoe single-hopped.
My can says 7% ABV.
It’s full, it’s punchy, but also zesty, and somewhat spicy even. Tropical notes, piney/dank, stone fruit - all accounted for. But also presents a zesty, spice character something like sage. It’s very approachable. A quite interesting IPA, worthy of lengthy pondering.
As a single-hopped IPA, I like this better than single hop Mosaics, though it’s not entirely dissimilar. A worthwhile effort.

Appearance: pours a rich, slightly hazy golden color, with a thick two finger foam head. Medium to high carbonation. Leaves behind some sticky lacing.
Aroma: a sweet, danky, fruity aroma. Some Pine and almost floral qualities.
Taste: a seamless balance of citrus fruit and piney up front. Very slight grassiness, and then takes a turn into a really pleasing bitterness before it finishes clean.
Overall: this is a really good beer. Balanced, and fairly complex, with a remarkable aroma. This is absolutely not going to be the last go-around with this delicious brew.

7 day old can into an imperial tulip.
Slightly hazy golden with 1.5 finger white medium density head with outstanding retention and left thick ringed and windshield lacing.
Nose pops, citrus and dank...West Coast in da heazy!
Taste follows nose with a bit of added grassiness, finishes with plenty of bitterness and clears the palate fairly quickly.
Low-medium bodied with moderate carbonation, slick and slightly oily on the tongue, slick finish.
Delicious WCIPA displaying one of my favorite hops. LOVE the attention to freshness from HH, and I'll definitely be grabbing this again once my 4pk is exhausted.

Fresh can from Lúpulo. BA deleted my review when submitted. What a pain in the ass. Shortened version...
Clear west coast look.
Tropical and citrus combo. More citrus bitter. Not strong.
Very drinkable. Soft smooth mouthfeel. Get a smooth amber ale or Pilsner vibe.
Would recommend.

Canned 3/6/18, consumed 3/14/18
Poured slightly hazy golden honey with a nice head that left terrific lacing.
Aroma is everything wonderful about Simcoe - bright citrus fruits and piney hops, with some dank hops to a lesser extent.
Taste follows aroma, really balanced, full-flavored, and totally inviting of more sips.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth, solid but easy bitterness, clean & dry finish.
Overall, my review is probably a little slanted because I love Simcoe hops so much. But seriously this beer is ridiculously well-crafted and delicious. I feel like they should make this their standard IPA.

This beer is exceptional. Muddy orange look. Not too much head. Smells of oranges to me. Citrus. Taste is citrus and oranges. Quite a hit of bitter on the back end but make you wa t to drink more. Feel is plain silk on the tongue. Just fantastic. Really good. My can is 7%abv not the 6.2% claimed in the description.

Slightly opaque with butterscotch color. One finger head that lasts. Smells of orange and grapefruit with the taste of bitter orange and grapefruit rind. Subtle citrus sweetness but mainly on the dry and hoppy side.

Poured into a snifter from a 16oz can. I get the smell of sweet citrus right away. Taste undoubtably it's the best part. Very complex. Me drinking this. Obviously it got a little bit warmer and the less cool it got the more flavors and note I got from it. I recommend this beer.
