Pours a deep cherry red, slightly opaque. Fluffy pink-tinged white head rises assertively, breaching my Teku glass. A burst of salty lemon juice is my first hint at the bold bouquet. A faint whiff of sulphur pops and almost immediately dissipates. Lemon, raspberry, and pomegranate follows. The flavors run with lemon and salt upfront, tart raspberry, pomegranate, tart apple, and a light mineral water zip. Sour pluck in the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium carbonation, dry but a tad slick on the finish.
Overall, this is a very bright, complex gose.
