The Conspiracy: As we all know, if you understand everything, you can do anything. Unified Field Theory, aka “The Theory of Everything,” is described as the “Holy Grail” of physics. It’s the hypothesized, mythologized prize waiting for the bold adventurer at the end of a glorious quest. That’s one way to look at it. But the flip side of the grail myth is that the grail is hidden for a reason. Maybe a bellicose, self-important toddler race like ours isn’t ready to understand it all. Maybe what happened in ‘43 was just what happens to children who play with fire. Maybe we should be grateful that we just singed ourselves and didn’t burn the whole place down. Maybe we should just leave manipulating the fabric of reality to the grown-ups.
The Beer: We’re utilizing the Unified Field Theory to brew a worthy follow-up to our reality-warping Philadelphia Experiment IPA. We started with the same Vic Secret and Simcoe hops from the Experiment and then added Sabro hops to assemble astronomically awesome aromatic abundance! Lemony cannabis character wafts from your glass as the flavors from our hop blend fulfill promises of tropical tangerine and grapefruit. At 8.3%, sip slowly and keep your equations balanced.

16 oz 2024 can from the brewery's taproom enjoyed up the coast in Crescent City Calif.
Pours with a glorious, fluffy white head over a pale golden, hazy body.
The aroma is mainly piney hops but the flavor is more complex and more appealing.
Mouthfeel. Lively but exceptionally soft carbonation in a near medium body.
