What We Will is a beautiful petite saison we’ve brewed with our friends at Lallemand Brewing. Lallemand shared this beautiful Belgian saison yeast to create a light, approachable beer with more fruity character and less peppery flavors than our other saisons. We’ve added a gentle Wai-iti hops addition to develop the fruity notes the yeast has created. Enjoy notes of pear, grape and honeysuckle as you sip this light, lovely, 4.5% ABV ale.
