Pours a hazy maize color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of wheat, pale malt, slight sweet malt, hint of hops, and some citrus/clove. Fits the style of a Hefeweizen. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong wheat, pale malt, hint of sweet malt, hint of hop, hint of honey, an earthiness, and a hint of citrus. Overall, a rustic and earthy Hefeweizen instead of a fruity or spicy one. I enjoyed this version.

This is my year-round go-to beer. I enjoy many other varieties, stouts, dark ales, ect, but this is the one I always come back to. I keep it on tap.
