Maybe I went into this a little cynical, and the surprise upped my score, but I found this wholly different and delicious. It has a light coconut flavor that is surrounded by a sweet and creamy lemon merangue. The malt gives off a subtle pie crust taste that completes the "coconut pie" experience.
