Clear golden color and inoffensive smell, packaged in a colorful eye catching can. From the first sip, the taste of alcohol was so noticeable that I checked to make sure I read that 5% correctly. Struggled to get through the can as the aftertaste of acrylic paint became harder to ignore. Not my favorite of Kirin’s selection.

On tap. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of caramel, toasted bread and floral notes. Sweet caramel. Mild bitterness. Great with spicy food.

Clean pale gold with excellent clarity; large rocky white foam; decent cap retention leaves thin ring; micro dots of lace only on swirl. Sweet kinda grapey/floral hop nose. Sweet grain base; lite floral hop presence; and an odd metallic flavor. Medium plus carbonation; lite almost watery body. Overall nothing offensive, but not something I would drink again.
