I was actually a little disappointed with this one. The look and feel of it is great but the taste leaves more to be desired.
Appearance - Nice and golden with a thick frothy head.
Smell - Nice hop aroma and grainy.
Taste - I was hoping for more of a strong pilsener taste. It does have a nice hop finish but it's nothing when compared to the limited brew from Sapporo's Edelpils. I was hoping for a similar taste.
Mouthfeel - Very creamy, very smooth.
Drinkability - It's easy to drink but doesn't have enough flavor to keep you wanting more for long.
It's not bad.

Smell: Malt light hop presence. Clean.
Taste: Very clean, good malt profile with good hop presence throughout. Extra hop flavor in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Light body. Semi-dry finish.
Drinkablity: Well crafted brew. Very interesting throwback recipe. Another limited brew I wish they would make full time.
