Nice hazy straw color. very small quick disappearing white head. Nice saison like aroma lots of peppery with undertones of lemon. Lots of carbonation very subtle sour with some residual sweet flavores with some brett funk in the background. Need to let the carbonation die off a little its carrying the flavor away like champagne carbonation. Some tropical fruit in there as the CO2 dies off . Pretty dang good overall lots of complexity. Too bad the guy who brews this is no longer at Tahoe Mtn. Where ever he goes good beer will follow.

Wow impressive beer! I was a little hesitant becausethis is, though its not specifically stated, a sour pale ale. Mmm. Appearance is light tan, great foam and tiny patches of lace. Aroma is sour lemon banana tart cherry. Amazing combination, that banana is such a light surprise! Great carbonation! Fizzy little bubbles burst with that Nana and tart lrmemon, a winning combo! Light but still refreshingly layered. High points go out to Tahoe Mountain, they did this brew justice!

This poured a straw-gold in the dim light of the bar, with some light foaming.
There’s a sour cherry-tart note mixed in with a blast of Brett-y lemon peel and wet hay aroma. The flavor is farmhouse funky with the Brett and a slight pucker on the lingering finish.

Poured into a snifter on tap at the brewery.
Appearance: Pours a hazy amber and leaves a 2 finger white head.
Smell: Passion fruit, guava, pineapple, delicious tropical fruits play with some mild sour. Really well balanced.
Taste: The flavor hits all the notes from the aroma as well as malts, big citrus and lemon rinds.
Mouth-feel: Well carbonated with a medium body. Quite smooth.
Overall: The wonderful aroma leads the way for a solid beer. Quite well done.
