Had this on tap at BeerNV. Pours a feint straw yellow with cloudiness. Soft 1/3" white head. Aroma wasn't much, mild lacto, no salinity, mild wheat?
Taste, somewhere in between berliner and gose, the salinity wasn't there, the tart and sour aspect was barely there. Very restrained, albeit plenty light for the summer in terms of mouthfeel.
Everything is pretty minimal, the brett, the wood, the sour, the wheat. Nothing bad though. Probably fits the traditional mode except for the total lack of discernable sodium.

Pours an unattractive very translucent yellow. No head or lacing which isn't surprising given the style.
Nose features sour bitter lemon, some grass and a yeasty character.
This one is light on the taste and mouthfeel. Not very sour or salty or too tart. Very watery in all regards, but hey, at least it's refreshing! Honestly the nose was a bit more interesting than the taste and that's saying something because I can't smell.
I'll give you points for trying a tough style and not being terrible.
