Snifter on tap.
A: Pours a chalky, cloudy, creamy colored yellow with a large, soft, and very fluffy looking bright white head that left a solid sheet of rocky lace down the glass.
S: Lightly fruity nose with hints of sweet stone fruits and a mild mineraliness. Coriander is light.
T: Follows the nose with flavors of the base gose, light bready malt, slight herbal coriander and a very light saltiness under shadowed by hoppier notes of tropical fruits and light citrus. Not a hoppy beer by any stretch, but the hops add a nice complexity. The finish is watery and really falls off.
M: Light body, clean mouth, light overall, carbonation is soft but short lived on the palate.
O: For a style that's already really light, I thought this was a bit water. Was expecting more from the dry hop, but what's there is good.
