I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery.
Appearance: rich dark brown hue, nearing black with a finger of creamy tan foam. Attractive!
Smell: sweet aroma with notes of caramel and vanilla. Not super roasty but nice.
Taste: malt is roasty with a little caramel character. The oak comes through lightly and plays a nice supporting role with wood and vanilla. Quite good.
Overall: I like this beer a lot. It's definitely worth seeking out.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation. Nicely creamy due in part to nitro. I like it.
