look: 4.25 | smell: 4.5 | taste: 3.75 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 4.25

A- Pours not quite black. Good looking beer.
S- I can tell Midnight Ryder is the base beer, but cacao is certainly the prevalent aroma. Good balance between bitter and sweet on the nose.
T- Again, the cacao is strong, perhaps too much so. Midnight Ryder is a good beer, and a good base to do things like this with, but I would have liked to have seen a bit more of that. As it is, a good cocoa flavor, but just a bit out of balance
M- Smooth, long finish, easy drinking.
O- A good beer. Would like to see the cacao dialed back just a couple notches, but a good beer all in all.
